The hotel has a total of 760 rooms arranged as 606 rooms in the main building (495 standard rooms, 90 junior suites, 12 family rooms, 8 rooms for disabled persons and 1  king room) and the remaining 154 rooms  are in Lake Villas (134 standard rooms and 20 family rooms).

Standard  rooms (31sqm) have carpeting, bathroom with tub and toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, some rooms have internet connection, telephone, TV, safe, mini bar, balcony, 2 twin beds and a sofa. 8 of these rooms have facilities for disabled people.
Family rooms (43 sqm) consist of 2 bedrooms with interconnecting door, 1 double and 2 twin beds, carpeting, bathroom with tub and toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, internet connection, TV. They are located in the main building.
Rooms suites (91 sqm) consist of a bedroom, a living room, a whirlpool bath, one French bed in bedroom, 2 TVs, internet connection, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, carpet, mini bar.
Villa buildings (13 in total) are located behind the main building, are located in the large garden and are surrounded by an area of ​​2,800 square meters of swimming pools.

Villa rooms & lake family rooms - family rooms in villa buildings  have a size of 54 square meters consisting of two bedrooms: one double bed or one or two single beds and are equipped with terrace or balcony, bathroom with toilet, tub and shower, parquet , tea and coffee, mini bar (water, mineral water, soft drinks, beer), safe, direct telephone, satellite LCD TV, hairdryer, WI FI.
King room suite (173 square meters) has carpeting, safe, hairdryer, mini bar, internet connection, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 2 TV, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, one french bed in the bedroom. 

Akasya, main restaurant , with a capacity of 1350 seats of which 450 in indoor and 900 on the terrace, serves Swedish buffet: breakfast (07: 00-10: 00), late breakfast (10: 00-11: 00) , lunch (12: 30-14: 30) and dinner (19: 00-21: 30), late dinner (23: 30-01: 00), sandwiches (01: 00-07: 00), pizza - children's buffet (19: 00-20: 00), soups (23: 30-07: 00).
Pastry (14: 30-17: 00), ice cream (12: 30-17: 00), and Jack Potato salad, pasta, fast food, pita, sushi (12: 30-16: 00) at Side Street restaurangt. Traditional snacks 10.00 12.30 at Turk caffe. Lake house snack (12: 30-16: 00). Snacks on the beach (12: 30-14: 30), toast buffet (21: 30-23: 30)
A la Carte restaurants are open for dinner between 19.00 - 21.00 and require a reservation in advance.You can go one onceper stay in each restaurant and the reservation costs 5 euros / person.

The minibar is free and refreshed daily with water, mineral water, soft drinks and beer.

The hotel has private sandy beach with umbrellas, beach towels and sun beds free of charge. The pavilions on the beach cost 30 euro / day and  have private waiter.
There are 6 outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool: outdoor pool - 2,000 m², the pool at the miniclub - 100 m², swimming pool at aquapark  - 500 m², indoor pool  - 225 m², swimming pool for children  -30 m². The swimming pool which the Lake Villas have acces to, has 2800 sq meters and is open only in high season. The aquapark has 7 slides and is open between 10.00 - 12.00 and 13.30 and 17.30.
