The hotel was built in 1993 and the last renovation took place in 2010 and consists of:
-1 Main building (hotel) with 3 floors:
- 94 standard rooms (29 m2) - the rooms are equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a sofa, SIM electricity, bathroom and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonally, LCD TV, hairdryer, minibar (water and juices free), parquet and tiled floors, safe (free of charge ), balcony, free wireless internet. Rooms overlook the garden or partial sea view. Since the hotel has not different prices for rooms with sea view, we can not guarantee this facility. Rooms are distributed by the reception upon availability.
- 47 duplex rooms (44 m2) - the rooms are made up of 2 floors without a door between them. Downstairs there are 2 single beds and upstairs one double bed and a sofa. They come with SIM electricity, bathroom and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, LCD TV, hairdryer, minibar (water and juices free), floor laminate flooring and tiles, safe (free of charhe), balcony, free wireless internet. Rooms overlook the garden or partial sea view. Since the hotel has no different prices for rooms with sea view, we can not guarantee this facility. Rooms are distributed by the reception upon availability. 
-61 2-storey buildings (club):
- 403 standard club rooms (24-27-28 m²) - of which 240 rooms have 2 single beds and a sofa, 101 rooms have 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a sofa, and 62 rooms (24 m2) have one  double bed and 1 single bed. Of the total 370 club rooms have bathroom with shower and WC and 33 have bathtub and WC. The other features are the same as of a standard room: SIM electricity, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, LCD TV, hairdryer, minibar (water and juices free), floor parquet and tiles, safe (freeof charge ), balcony, free wireless internet. 
- 74 duplex club rooms (40 m2) - the rooms are composed of 2 floors without a door between them. 26 rooms have downstairs 2 single beds and upstairs 1 double bed and 48 rooms have upstairs and downstairs  2 double beds. They include: SIM electricity, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, LCD TV, bathroom with tub or shower, hairdryer, minibar (water and juices free), floor parquet and tiles, safe (freeof charge) balcony, free wireless internet. 
-4 2-storey buildings (select villa):
- 11 select standard rooms (30 m2) - the rooms are equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa, SIM electricity, bathroom with shower and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, minibar (water and juices free) , LCD TV, hairdryer, safe (free of charge), free wireless internet, balcony. 
- 25 select duplex rooms (50 m2) - the rooms are composed of two floors separated by a door. Downstairs the are two single beds and a bathroom, and upstairs 1 double bed and a bathroom. The facilities are similar to those of a standard room select: SIM electricity, bathroom with shower and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal and program minibar (water and juices free), LCD TV, hairdryer, safe (free of charge) free wireless internet, balcony. 
- 11 Select junior suite villa rooms (45 m2) - the rooms are made of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and one single bed, 1 living room with two sofas, one bathroom. The facilities are similar to those of a standard room select: SIM electricity, bathroom with shower and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, minibar (water and juices free), LCD TV, hairdryer, safe (free of charge) free wireless internet, balcony.
- 11 Select senior suite villa rooms (65 m2) - the rooms are composed of two floors separated by a door. Downstairs there  is a bedroom with one double bed and a single bed, a lounge and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The facilities are similar to those of a standard room select: SIM electricity, bathroom with shower and WC, direct telephone, air conditioning seasonal, minibar (water and juices free), LCD TV, hairdryer, safe (free of charge) free wireless internet, balcony.
Rooms located in villas are equipped in addition with bathrobes, slippers and a kettle.
