The hotel has a capacity of 80 rooms.
- 71 standard rooms (20 m2) - rooms are equipped with either two twin beds or a double bed, laminate flooring, sofa, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, central air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safewith payment,  balcony, minibar with payment set for tea and coffee.
- 9 superior rooms (25 m2) - rooms are equipped with either two twin beds or a double bed, laminate flooring, sofa, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, central air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safewith payment, balcony, minibar with payment set for tea and coffee.
Room cleaning is done daily and towels and sheets every 3 days.

Main restaurant with open buffet -  breakfast (07: 30-10: 00), lunch (12: 00-14: 00), dinner (19: 00-21: 30), coffee and snacks (17: 00-18: 00 ).
Bar (10: 00-22: 30).
Thaere are included in the concept all local soft and alcoholic drinks. All bottled drinks and beverages, local and imported de luxe and fresh fruit juices are extra charge. All drinks consumed after 22:30 is paid. 

Without payment:
- Lounge chairs, mattresses and umbrellas on the beach.
With payment:
- Massage, doctor, motorized sports, babysitting, shopping center, phone, fax, internet café, rent a car, hairdresser, pool, laundry, medical services, car rental and bicycle.
No pets are allowed.
