This hotel was built in 2000 and the last renovation took place in 2013. The total area is 42,000 sqm. The hotel consists of a building with 8 floors:
- 307 standard rooms (4 rooms for disabled people, max. 2 + 1 pers. 22-26 sqm);
- 32 one-room family room (max. 2 + 2 pers., 28-36 sqm). All rooms are equipped with bathtub, hair dryer, central air conditioning, television, telephone, mini bar (soft drinks and water supplements daily - free), safe (free) flooring - carpet, balcony, room cleaning - daily linen change - 3 times a week, internet WiFi.
