Accommodation: 352  Rooms are  split  in  Garden Villas  and  Main Hotel.

Club Rooms (1-4 person),Are located in elevated position in 2 – 3 storey low-rise garden villas. All have one double and one single bed (an additional child bed or baby cot if required), with satellite-TV, centrally  controlled air conditioning on intermitted periods  depending on weather conditions (set times), direct dial telephone, mini bar, hair dryer, shower room and balcony or terrace. A limited number of Club Rooms for sole use and sea view Club Rooms are available at a supplement.

Family units sleeping up to 4 persons (3 Adult or 2+2):Are also located in the low rise garden villas, all have two bed rooms; one bed room with one double bed and the other with two single beds, satellite-TV, centrally controlled air-conditioning on intermitted periods (set times), direct dial telephone, mini bar, hair dryer, shower room and balcony or terrace.

GrandFamily units sleeping up to 6 persons (4 Adult or 4+2):Are as above but with additional lounge (living room) with sofa bed or bunk beds.

Superior rooms: With sea view located in the main hotel. Sleeping up to 3 persons. Have double or twin beds (3^rd bed available), satellite-TV, centrally controlled air conditioning on intermitted periods (set times), direct dial telephone, mini bar, hair dryer, full bathroom and balcony. Twin rooms for sole use are available at a supplement.

Junior Suites: Sleeping up to 3 adults plus a child, with sea view located also in the main hotel. Junior Suites have the same facilities as superior rooms but are larger and have twin or double bed plus extra sofa bed (for child) incorporated in the living area.

Free Meals & Snacks: Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, late breakfast (10:00-11:00 hrs). Pool side and beach cafeterias serving lunch (12:30-14:00 hrs) and snacks (11:00-17:00 hrs). Afternoon tea & cake and ice cream for children (17:00-18:00 hrs). Midnight snack. A’la Carte dining: Options including 1001 Night restaurant serving International Cuisine (min. age 13 yrs.) and La Romantica – Italian cuisine (May-Oct.); Further four speciality Restaurants with Turkish, Fish,  Asian (min. age 13 yrs.). and Viennese cuisines (open June-Sep). In all a’la Carte and specialty restaurants dine once per stay, 24 hours prior reservation required. Subject to availability, depends on weather conditions and restaurant capacities.

Free Drinks:Unlimited amount of soft, hot and alcoholic drinks (including some selected international brands and cocktails) at certain bars & times (11:00–24:00 hrs). Mini bar in the room with soft drinks and water, Turkish Coffee at “Cafè Turc” (20:00-23:00 hrs).

Free Sports & Leisure: Fitness room (min. age 14 yrs), darts, table tennis, 4 tennis courts (1 with floodlight, min. age 12 years), aerobics, aqua-gym, beach volleyball, pool games, turkish bath & sauna (14:00-19:00 hrs).

Free Water sports at the beach (subject to availibility):Pedalos, canoes, wind surfing (for certificate holders only, age limits apply).
